1. About AWTAR Shipping

AWTAR Shipping L.L.C specializes in international vehicle shipping, auction access, forwarding, trucking, and related logistics services. We act as your shipping partner and coordinate transport with carriers, ports, customs agents, and local partners as required for your shipment.

2. Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Purchase assistance and access to US auto auctions (Copart, IAAI, Manheim, and others)
• Vehicle pickup, towing, and inland transport within the USA
• Ocean freight from US ports to the UAE and other destinations
• Customs clearance support and documentation handling
• Forwarding and delivery within the UAE, Afghanistan, and worldwide where available

Specific services, routes, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided on our website, by phone, email, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change if vehicle details, dimensions, weight, condition, pickup location, port selection, currency rates, fuel surcharges, or customs duties differ from the original quote. You will be notified of material price changes before we proceed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle, including VIN, model, condition, keys, and pickup address. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the vehicle is legally owned or authorized for export
• Providing required documents such as title, bill of sale, passport copy, or power of attorney when requested
• Paying agreed charges, storage fees, and any applicable duties or taxes
• Inspecting the vehicle upon delivery and reporting issues promptly

5. Shipping Timelines

Transit times depend on auction release, inland transport, port schedules, vessel availability, customs processing, and destination delivery conditions. We work to meet estimated schedules but do not guarantee exact arrival dates because many factors are outside our direct control.

6. Insurance and Liability

Marine and transport insurance may be available upon request. Unless otherwise stated in writing, our liability is limited to the terms of the carrier bill of lading and applicable international shipping conventions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs holds, strikes, force majeure, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted methods, and due dates will be communicated before booking. We may suspend or cancel services if payment is not received as agreed. Storage and demurrage charges may apply for vehicles held beyond the included free time at yards or ports.

8. Canceled Shipments and Refunds

Cancellation policies depend on how far the shipment has progressed. Costs already incurred for towing, documentation, port handling, or booking fees may be non-refundable. Refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case in accordance with our written agreement.

9. Website Use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false pickup requests, or use our content for commercial reproduction without permission. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page.
